On the 8 Feb 2007 I made an online order (I have a reciept for EmailOrder_00001498) from the company 5 MInutes to Live. My credit card was charged $14.99 for the order and $11.00 for the delivery. I never recieved the order. I sent several emails, and a registered letter, but never got any response.

You placed this order over a year ago and you file this report in 7/08?! Have you emailed me about it? NO!!!
International orders can not be tracked, any time there is any issue with an international order I always resend the order and email the buyer asking them to inform me when the package arrives. But if you DO NOT EMAIL me about it, I don't know about it. You say you mailed a letter? Did you do anything else, did you email me (you say you did, but to what email?), did you call me?
My phone number is listed on ALL ORDER emails. Get in touch with me if you never got your order. I am not trying to rip you off! I would not have a business that has been going strong for over 8 years if I was in the business of ripping people off.

I sent a notification e-mail where I informed the business that I filed a report. Until then, all my attempts to contact were unanswered. Then, I suddenly get a reply that my item has been sent. After two weeks I recieved it.
