They took money out of my account on the 13th instead of the 15th. I spoke to three individuals that confirmed that the 15th is the date that the money should have been taken out.

This happened on November 13th, my birthday.I have no money and I need to go on a business trip tomorrow. I am in tears and very upset. The three individuals I spoke to where:Keviin, Kate, and Recardo.

Recardo was very nice and really felt sorry for me. Then, on top of it, I just realized that instead of paying 390 for a 300 dollar loan, I will be paying 570 dollars. Can you believe that!

I recommend that no one uses this service.
