I took a loan out in December of $200 from 500 fast cash I was to pay back $60 in January second week and then in the 4th week of January another $60 my payment arrangements was $60 every two weeks of the month well I was doing this and come to find out the $60 for just interest just see it was not been applied 2 my loan so when a representative call me and said that I still had a balance and that they wanted me to pay $360 and if I could not pay that that I would be paid $500 I said that's outrageous for a $200 loan that the money I was paying was not apply to the loan.so they kept trying to go into my bank account which was making my account overdraft  which means I was paying an overdraft fee for them going into my account.

so I had to close my account down. and now they have came with another tactic they caught me saying that I need to call them within 4 hours or I would be prosecuted they left a number that was not a real number it was unknown numberso I call the number that they left on my message and got no answer so they call my job next within 3 days after that telling my player that I needed to call them with in 4 hours and if I didn that they will be finally legal services gets me and that they would be trying to take my wages. well I call them back and I didn't get a answer the first time I tried again

gotta answer second time they said that they would slam a legal service and that it was a debt collector and that it was a payday loan I asked what payday loan was this they never said. they just are saying that it was a debt collector from a payday loan and that I needed to make a payment arrangements with them that day or illegal payments of garnishment will be coming out and that I will be going to court and sued additional charges of $25,000 and $15,000 for than just filing. I knew I had all day payday loan from another payday loan place in the amount they was saying that I had to pay back so I figured that was them well to find out that was not the payday loan people who I had own the $500 to because they call me and we talk about the issue and they said that they would never do any like that

they would rather work things out way the customers and that they know people do have hard times this was from the real payday loan people. well to sum it up they wanted me to make $200 payment every month until March so that means that I will be paying $1000 Plus for A $200 loan. that I have already paid 4. and they email me this fake agreement arrangement that a 5 year old can type out not a legal documentation or paperwork mail to me. this is a shame that people come on hard times and just try to get little money in hard times and companies like 500 fast cash rip people off.
