A few months ago I moved to Missouri city, TX and found a good deal online with 599FURNITURE.COM. Took an appointment on phone # 281-973-5301, contact person Victor called us back and gave us an appointment on 07/09/2015 to a wholesale Furniture Store in Stafford, TX we selected the furniture and paid him 3820 $. The money I paid via check came out of my account the same day. We paid upfront because we were promised next day delivery. The next day we cancelled some of the furniture and asked him a refund of 1299$, to which he said we will get the refund ASAP. Since then I am tired of calling him several times a day, but no response. He did made partial delivery of the furniture after hundereds of calls.     

But I am still waiting for the partial refund of 1299 $ and some furniture including: a Loveset, Night Stand, Dresser and an Ottoman.

About the Wholesale Furniture store in Stafford,TX: When I went there to ask about this person named Victor, they replied he sure have account with them but they have no liability for the agents who bring their clients to their facility.  

Intresting:The Wholesale Furniture store is not liable to clients or Law, they are helping Victor to ripoff inocent people?? Because the wholesale Furniture store is closed to public but only authorized agents like Victor can bring in clients but they have no liability for their agent's fraud.

I know I am not the only victim ripped off by Victor and his Asian female colleague. 

I will avail all legal ways to get my money and furniture;

AND INFORM PEOPLE ABOUT THIS FRADULENT BUSINESS.
