6th Planet Used Saturn Auto Parts I have orderd Auto parts online for my saturn, it seemed like a good idea since the email support was great at first by a person named Melissa. I orderd the parts and payed 300$, she confirmed me and said they will be delivered within the week. 2 weeks later I emailed and she respnded that the mechanincs father has died and orders backed up. A month later no more responses. 1 month and 2 weeks i got a new secretary on the phone and she said melissa no more works for the company, she found my order and said i will get my money back within a week because the product doesn't even exist that i ordered. 2 month now and nothing, calling back I get no responses.
I have been calling and emailing since and it has been 3 month now.
