if you're thinking of renting here, don't. On first tour it seems really nice. The building is new, the staff friendly. However after a couple of months you will regret signing your lease. 

The biggest issue is the parking lot. There is not nearly enough parking for tenants, unless you want to park in a dirt lot down the street and walk past some crack houses to get home. I was walking from the far lot (the only place I could find a spot) and I was followed down the street by a strange man living in one of the houses on Hewitt street. When I got into my truck and locked the doors, he turned around and went back. As a 20 year old girl this really concerned me and made me uncomfortable being around the property before daylight by myself. 

The units look lovely when you first arrive however it is evident that the building went up too quickly and there are many issues. The toilet in my bathroom did not work (in a brand new unit) and they have been up to fix it numerous times and yet it still runs constantly and flushes whenever it wants to. The door frames are crooked and one of the bedroom doors won't even stay shut. It randomly opens because the frame is so poorly made. The hot water takes forever to work, which is a pain when you are in a hurry and I usually end up using ice cold water to wash my hands. 

The big, beautiful windows seemed awesome when we first moved in, but you soon realize they barely open to allow airflow and that they look disgusting after the winter and are impossible to clean. 

Certain members of the office staff are not very friendly or helpful. My car was keyed in the lot over the weekend and they wouldn't even take the time to review the security camera footage because it would "take too much of their time". 

The building is also extremely loud and management does little to help stop Noise. The units are horribly insulated so you will hear every sound from the unit above you. The unit above mine is extremely loud and all of their neighbours have filed complaints, yet the office hasn't done more then send them a letter. 

I will not be renewing my lease nor would I recommend anyone signing a lease with them.
