800 MATTRESS .COM Sleepy's, Sealy Posturpedic Sleep Comfort Guarantee changes when you call with a claim New York Nationwide

 I purchased a Sealy "Santa Ana" model mattress from 1800mattress, but it was delivered and supplied by Sleepy's.  I bought the mattress just over 1 month ago.  This mattress on Sleepy's website was over $300 more expensive.  Do not buy from Sleepy's directly.  You can find the same item (different name) on the 800 mattress website. 

The sides on this mattress have collapsed.  The springs are protruding from the edges and the whole matress is now mishaped.  Where the mttress had orginally been 14 (or 15) inches it ranges from 6" to 10" around the edges.  DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS.  There are multiple posts from different consumers citing the same issue. 

I called 1800mattress customer service and rather than wanting to help me, they informed me of the many ways that any warranty claim would be disregarded.  Additionally they would not acknowledge any issues with this product.  They detailed how credits or discounts would be handled (if any) and that I had to call from home and provide pictures of the item (self inspection). 

I am sure they will do their best to stick me with a product that is substandard and that will not stand the test of time.  I will address my issues with Sealy as well and will  update here as necessary. Do not purchase from either of these companies as they are more dilligent with keeping your money than they are interested in your complete satisfaction.
