They had the lowest price on a GPS unit . I ordered it at $219... 2 days later I get an E-mail..to call them to confirm..they are closed the next 2 days..religious holidays. A rep asks me if I'd like extended warranty $60 dollars for 3 yrs...includes a free yearly update X3. I accept. My understanding Is it would be $219 plus $60 or 279...still under 300.

The product came 3 days later...I requested the least expensive mode of shipping...they sent it the most costly..and the bill said $374.99 for the deal and they "threw in" a piece of crap carry case for some unit with a big bulbous tube. I was furious. Customer "service" Rachel claimed she was the supervisor. Told me they cant sell the product for $219. This price is right on their website as I'm talking to her. Warranties are non-refundable..etc. She begrudgingly knocks off like $30 bucks ...she calculated the math for me carefully pointing out the shipping costs "for me"...and will "throw-in" some chip that "doesn't allow me to get error messages on the unit". I'm very displeased. I sent it all back and objected to the entire transaction. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. $220 becomes $380
