I ordered a Sony Camcorder listed for a very good price. I received a confirmation of my order. 2 days later I received an email stating that the order would not be processed until I called Steve at their 800 number.
After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I reached Steve who tried to sell me every accessory and service contract. I agreed to buy a 2 hour battery for $89 dollars because he told me that the one that came with it only lasted 20 minutes.

Apparently my total purchase wasn't enough, because 2 days later I got an email telling me that my order wouldn't be shipped for 6 weeks. Since it is the Christmas shopping season I don't really believe that all of a sudden they were out of the. If so, I would have been told that when I placed the order.
I cancelled the order and I will never do business with this company.
