A D design group corp David Higuita Thief and Liar - Take money, request cash, never hear from him again farmingdale, New York

AD designs under David Higuita took advantage of my elderly parents.  He will claim he knows everyone at the county.  He was actually recommended by a town inspector and we never heard form them again.

He came to the house and told us that he could get us a mother daughter permit and would expedite it if he were paid in cash. I cant believe my father believed him, but he did and we never heard from him again.

We called the town, checked, and he never did any work or filed paperwork for over a year.

We complained to better business bureau and he had his lawyer come back and try to dismiss our claim.

We took him to  court, and he never showed up.  The judge heard our side reviewed our data and evidence (hand written recipts etc)  proof and he issued an order for AD Design s to pay us back.

AD then offered to pay us 1/2 of what he owes us and when we said no, he just said ok.."let the law take care of it."

He know evades the sherrifs department... i cant believe he is still allowed to operate in NY

He is a thief and he will take your money and run.  We strongly reccommend you do not do business with him.
