wish I had read the reviews on A Matter Of Fax prior to ordering... I would strongly recommend NOT making a purchase through A Matter of Fax.

The ordering part was easy... I first search for the best price for the Konica-Minolta value pack toner #1710504-001 and found A Matter of Fax with the best price at $354.54 which included free shipping

The first problem I had with A Matter of Fax is that they overcharged me for my Konica-Minolta value pack toner by $175. I checked after submitting my order and found that they charged me an additional $7.48 for shipping... It's extremely difficult to reach their customer service (no toll-free number for customer service) - I disputed the shipping charges by leaving messages on their voice mail (no one picked up the telephones) and by sending several emails. Finally received a response via email saying that I was to receive the credit... Checked my credit card statement online and found that instead of issuing a credit, they charged me another $7.48, now for a total of $369.50... plus the $150. I sent off another barrage of emails and telephone calls and finally got only $7.48 off instead of the full $14.96 -- and never got themt to remove the over charge for the toners. I had to file a fraud case with the credit card company.

My next problem with A Matter of Fax is when I opened the box of toner -- it was defective and was not original Konica-Minolta value pack toner... It looked like someone had done a poor job of trying to refill the toner cartridges. A Matter of Fax still have not returned my calls, so I had to issue a compliant/dispute with my credit card company and hope to have this fully resolved within the next couple of weeks.

Bottom line -- Save your time & money & shop someplace else...
