I signed up for 12 months worth of monitoring service which according to them and my bill included a free cellular transmitter. I contacted them before the end of my 12 months to cancel my services, and they explained to me that would take a few weeks to get done. I then started to receive numerous emails and phone calls on Sunday and in the evening. They now are now trying to bill me for 2 extra months of services. This was never disclosed on the front end. This company does not disclose all of their many hidden charges. They now have sent me a bill for $739 for the cellular transmitter and collection fees. I am mailing back to them the FREE cellular transmitter and filing a complaint with the Attorney General.
