During a plumbing service call on 6/13/2011, AA Pro Plumbing damaged the side window on the Front Entrance Door to the home. Failed to repair window.
During a plumbing service call on 6/13/2011, Invoice #32354 ($800), AA Pro Plumbing damaged the side window on the Front Entrance Door to the home. Total cost of the replacement/installation of the window has been estimated to be $350 by Somerville Aluminum, Inc.
On 7/22/2011, per AA Pro Plumbing, Mark Pirone agreed to take responsibility for the damage incurred and order/install a comparable replacement window from PermaSeal within 3-4 weeks. As of this writing, 9/8/2011, they have failed to repair the window or respond to phone calls and email inquiries regarding the current status.
Would not use/recommend this vendor again.
