A&A towing Management security Collusion,Predatory Towing,Unauthorized Towing Long Beach, California

A&A Towing.....Alot has been written and said about this company, Here's what Ive been told. A&A towing is a predatory towing company. All their drivers are on commission so the more vehicles they tow the more money they make. You can see how that works out . They patrol all over Long Beach and adjoining cities where they have installed signs along with a security company ( management security) compton calif. If no one is available to sign an authorization at a particular property then Management security steps in whether they are on the property or not (mostly not) and signs the authorization after the vehicle was towed. Sometimes the signed authorizations do not make it back to the office by the time the owner of the vehicle arrives and then he or she are told to wait, Sometimes an hour or more until the driver brings the (paperwork) into the office. Thats because they have to have it signed . Security supposedly gets paid for all this running around by placing a citation on the vehicle ,($ 35.00) that you are supposed to (not by law) pay also. This is just some things, there are alot more like over charging on drop fees .$ 74.00 here in Long Beach. Ive heard upwards of $110.00 . Does this money make it back to the office ? who knows. Towing in less that one hour,( Sometimes within 5 minuts), When someone wants to go to small claimes court to sue they dodge them by resetting the court date untill the customer accepts their offer of just the initial towing fee, could be up to four times the amount if they lose in court, And most all the judges know them so thats a good possibility. Now Ive learned that they have a Lobbyist , a Mr. Mike Murchinson. (GOOGLE him).  Well, There you have it, There's probably more , Good Luck if you've had your vehicle towed by them.......You should contact the LBPD and your city councel person for help.
