I hired AAA Absolute Clean Air because they advertise cleaning air ducts with the help of a camera to visualize the before and after of the cleaning. This is shown on all their coupons in Clipper and other magazines.

I wanted this specifically because I was aware of some blockage in my air vents. I asked their dispatcher for the same and he said that the cleaning van could come to my place the next day. When I mentioned pricing all he gave me was what was mentioned on the coupon. Nothing else was mentioned.

Next day, when the technician arrived he said he had no camera, so I refused service. At that point the dispatcher (heavy Russian accent) threatened me and made me pay $30 for the van coming to my place. I tried to argue that they were not providing the service they promised and that he had not mentioned that fee to me, but to no avail. He threatened me with reporting to a collection agency and spoiling my credit.So I paid up. But I truly believe this is bait and switch at best and at worst it is willful wrong advertising with threatening behavior.

Use this company only if you don't care about your money.
