AAA PEST PROTECTION, INC BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Internet

I called pest to come and help with my flea problem. it was suppose to be the 1st time and two recalls which we did for three weeks and i paid $145 1st time and two recalls at $62 each plus all the tips. after the three weeks about week and half later the fleas came back again pest came again and sprayed. week and half goes by again fleas all over the place again. called pest to come (I gave the office my husbands number for the gut to call when he gets here if any problem) of course he comes no one answers the door (so they say)!!!! (my husband was with my 3 yr old daughter inside) so they call my cell phone when im at work instead of the requested number givin. the pest guy came back the next day and advised me and my husband this home should have been fogged by us 1st not 1st sprayed. he advised to call office to make appt for same I did. they were running very late on sat to come when they knew that we had to fog and leave our hime with my dog and child. i called the office and they said will they won't be there until 5 if not later the person that answered the phone said well we came and know one answered the door (I was thinking in my head they came back the next day he was just trying to be rude when its there fault there late) i advised thats bull----  its not my fault your late and your not fixing the problem u guanteed he hung up on me. i called back spoke to the manager he didn't let me get one word in and was yelling at me like a crazy person. I had to cancel the service. they could of cared less all the money i spent and was going to spend because i would of kept there service every month (They just didn't care about my problem which is sad because we put or trust in people to do the right thing) i work hard for my money every day and deserve good customer service every day like i give to my customers at work. im so upset and disapointed.
