I couldn't make my scheduled payment and call for an extention and still got harassing phone calls to my job and home from this location. Due to illness I fell behind on these payments and called Aarons for payment arraignments. I spoke to a managers who told me to bring in a certain amount to bring my account current, but when I went to the store managers Shaun and Jonathan told me they could not accept that amount . Another time I went in this store to make a payment on one of my accounts but was told by a manager they couldn't accept my check because my other account was due the next day and I might not come back to pay it(???!!!) I have friends and relatives I referred this company to but after one experience with them they say never again!

On behalf of the Aaron's (Rockledge location), it is not our policy to harass or belittle customers. However we are employees, and as employees it is our responsibility to ensure the lease agreement signed is enforced. We as individuals do make mistakes and are sorry for any mistake we do make. By circumstance the Rockledge location is a training location and has many new employees at all times, which can sometimes cause confusion. It is my responsiblity to correct any actions that may cause a customer to be disgruntled, and also council any employees who may have acted incorrectly. As far as payment amounts, we as employees cannot change the amount due, it is our wish and mission to have the customer achieve ownership of the product, and by accepting a payment less that the amount due would not help any customer. I ask, as an individual who takes this very serious, that if there are issues with employees, or treatment of customers that you direct any issues with me, either by phone or in store, so that I can ensure that this treatment will never take place again.

I really love that word....harrassing! If I owed you money, Wouldn't you call me everyday to see when i was gonna pay you? I am just wondering how many times they had to call you before you called back. I am quite sure that Shaun and Johnathon have to call about 300 of you kinda of folks every day and hear the same rigamaroe that you are speaking of. Here is a concept.....Call your debitors before they call you. Or here is another suggestion....Mail them a check. You will never have to speak with them and deal with "harrassing" phone calls. I am just wondering how many times they had to call you before you called back.
