It is not possible rate a zero star other wise I would do so.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. they will give you the run around and not answer their phones.

I sold a few gift cards totaling more than $600 both, ok so I input my credit card information, bank iformation in order for them to deposit money into my account. I think , not sure if these cards would be considered as high value. A few days later bammn whamm, money is deposited into my account, all is good right? Yes for this transaction BAIT transaction I think that's what they would call it in their terms.

A few weeks later Logged in, and sold this company 4 cards totaling more than $2000. I paid somerwhere around $36 to insure the cards would get to the destination, It is a hefty amount of money to loose over the mail, right? Well a few days later cards arrive at destination, and as email states you will receive your money within 24 hrs I said ok, waited a few days since it was a holiday, and no call or email. I decided to call this place, customer support transfers me to a JULIE,  extension 503 she answers and says we need more information since these are of high value cards( NOTICE, nowhere on their websited does it say they need all that information. ). I decided ok sure that's fine sent required information via email I mean at this point I want my money and I want it now. Required information is ( ID, SS#, Tax ID #). Well a few more days go by and no email no phone call and the weekend rolls around so I decided a to email them sunday night, a day goes by no answer, so I tried calling them and the representative says I will transfer you to JULIE, guess what NO ANSWER. I call various times and leave a voicemail, a day goes by and it is Tuesday. To this point I still have not received an email or a call. I really thank god that I decided to save all cards information, just incase something like this would happen. Called the Gift Card issuing Business and reported as lost or stolen. Hopefully I will receive my cards back soon. I will keep on writing bad reviews about this company to where they will know they messed with the wrong person.  Thank you ABC gift cards for the worst service ever.  GUESSED WHAT YOU HAVE MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON JULIE AND ASSOCIATES
