I bought a Samsung TV from ABC Warehouse. On Samsung's website, it advertises the TV will dim when the the room is dark. It doesn't. Our other Samsung TV, which is an older model, dims just fine. I contacted ABC Warehouse. The district manager e-mailed me saying the TV I bought doesn't dim (even though Samsung's website says it does). Whether the TV is defective or it was false advertised, ABC needs to take it back. But, they refuse.

Our family has given ABC a ton of business the past 30 years...not anymore! I advise you to run, don't walk, from ABC and it's scams.
