I am reporting these 3 individuals who work together so that I can save many people from potential losses.  Even though this even happened a few years ago I am writing here to report them.

In 2009 I entered into a Joint Venture Agreement  with Abe Shah, Aka Abul Shah, Naseem Banu Hameed supported by Michael Caridi at their offices on 645 5th ave 8th Floor, New York Ny 10022, in which they would supply both new and used motorcycles to my company.  The first order was for 322 used but refurbished “Honda” Motorcycles.  As per the agreement I wired the sum of 132,000 USD for the purchase of said motorcycles, but when the containers arrived I noticed that what he sent was unmarketable not only due to the poor condition of the motorcycles but also that the Vin numbers had been chiseled off prior to shipment probably due to the fact that they were stolen at the point of origin thus rendering them useless since no title can be issued. 

The loses sustained are immeasurable as I entered into long term leases in order to assemble and distribute said motorcycles. 

I also want to point out that Abe Shah will probably refute this statement, and I have no problem with that, but the fact of the matter is that I am out over 132,000 dollars and have nothing to show for it and they kept the motorcycles as I would not accept them.  Please beware I will let the world know what you are all about and would not recommend and ask that you be careful when dealing with these individuals.
