Abode Air About Air LLC Charged for Warranty Part and Part installed wrong will not talk to me Tempe, Arizona

Company called me in February 2010 got me to buy maintenance plan to cover my heat pump said Company that installed unit out of business. When heat pump stopped working on Friday the 13th they came out said needed new T-Stat left without setting the controls, said I would have to learn on my own. I paid $275 for this. On the 17th house was very hot again, called Abode Air they came out not said needed two parts and gave me a bill for another $516.00. On August 23rd house was again very hot, this time I tried calling original installer which Abode said was out of business, they were still in business and came out right away. Found part not installed correctly and wires loose could have had a fire. The part they replaced was covered under warranty and I should not have been charged for. The other part was not need so was removed. I put a stop pay on my check, tried to call Company, manager always busy. I have received two letters that a lien will be put on me and I will be reported to County Attorney for criminal prosecution unless I make check good. I have told all my friends about Abode Air. I have the parts for them. They are a RIP OFF COMPANY!
