The company auto charged my credit card with in 10 days for the full price of the "free trial," yet never clearly notified me that I had even signed up for a monthly membership. They subsequently shared my credit card information with out my persmission to Fit Factory, who charged me for some other monthly membership. When all was said & done w/ in 12 days of ORDERING the free trial I had been charged over $175 bucks! Upon further investigation of their terms & conditions by my credit card company, I learned that they were not to charge anything until 14 days after the product was SHIPPED, not ordered. Still fighting with the credit card company to get my funds back. The products suck, too.
