ACAIPURE DETOX FULFILLMENT CENTER Took money out of my account 2 times after the 1st. they put it back. They did it again today PHOENIX, Arizona

You have once again taken funds out of my account with out my approval, as I thought we had settled this I did not change my account #, you are causing me great stress. Due to the fact that every time you take funds out of my account without approval you cause me to be in overdraft. My blood pressure is going up and I am feeling very ill If you do not put the money back again I will have no option but to take you to small claims court.

We went over this last time, and agreed I am not a member, I never got my free sample until after you took the money out of my account last time, I did not have any time to try your product, you charged me 3 times the shipping amount and said I would never get that back,then we settled it that I am not a customer and sent back the free sample as soon as I got it and gave you the tracking number. And refunded the money back that same day.approximately $84.00 and I gave you the tracking number. Now you have done it again. You sent me some two days ago, which I sent back again with another tracking #ups 47789636 on 12/21/09.

After the trama of the bank, today I got home and another package from you again.

So now you have sent me 3 packages, I have sent back #1, I have sent back #2 and now, after an overwelming day I have to go back out stand in line after foot surgery and send back #3. Which cost me $7.80 every time just ot get a parcel shipping order # to prove I sent back what I never order or ok-ed

So put my money back in my account and allso $23.40 for shipping. I expect you to put it back as of 12/24/09 and if any bank over drafts come in, I will expect you to pay for them as well.

My bank is aware of this as is the BBB and the ripoff reports. Next it's Small Claims Court and the amount of stress you are causing me, well the price is going up every day the money is not there.
