I bought a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe on 4/16/2011 from Acceptance Auto Sales. About two to three weeks of driving the truck the transmission went out. Since it was still under warranty the company I bought it from fixed it. Mind you I was still unable to get a tag for the truck from the DMV cause the trucks information still had not been updated in their system. Now I had the truck for a little over a month. One day around the end of May I went to the mall went in stayed for an hour or so and when I came back out the truck was gone. There was glass on the ground where the truck had been parked. I assumed it had been stolen. I then called the police to make a report the problem started when I could not give tag number because Acceptance had just issued me another drive off tag due to the problems with the DMV. So then the police needed the VIN number so I gave them that and it was the wrong VIN. The Vin number did not belong to an 2001 Tahoe at all. So noe what do I do. Around four months later I happen to drive by the car lot and to my amasement there I saw the truck on the lot that I had purchased just months ago. Help me ! Can I at least get the down payment back.

i remember you. Your credit was terrible. You promised us you where going to pay on time and that you understand that the vehicle is As is. You promised you where going to be a good customer. 2 months later you had problems with your transmission. We fixed it for you for FREE! i payed over $2000 to fix it. We asked that you just please make your car payments on time because we have families and bills too. But true to your form you did not pay your car payment.We found it at the Mall after searching for many weeks. Did not have money to pay your car payment but had money for the Mall.
So know we did you wrong, stole your car! Took your money and victimized you. Why on earth don't you call the law!
Started 12 years ago with one small lot and a very small investment. i grew to 5 locations and thousands of happy customers . We have families that bought 7-8 vehicles from us. That will not buy from anyone else. i recomend that you pay your bills instead of trying to hide merchandise that you have not payed for!
