Acceptance Rental Inc. Dishonest business practices and unauthorized electronic charges to banking account Dacula Georgia

My experience in trying to work with and resolve account issues with Acceptance Rental Inc. has been a nightmare.  After numerous calls and emails the company has refused to have the appropriate personnel from their legal department contact me directly. Employees from Acceptance Rentals Inc. have misappropriated payments on this account, charged banking and credit accounts for multiple payments without authorization, made offers of settlement by one employee and then had other employees articulate that the previous employees were without the authority resolve the matter, and engaged in a continuous pattern of less than honest behavior.  The company has not provided a single iota of customer service and appears to lack the type of internal quality control that prevents hard working citizens from being exposed to the type of tortious business practices that have plagued this industry and resulted in numerous class action suits to protect consumers.
