They are in clear violation of the Fair Debt Collection practices act. Why did the governement do this act anyways if they are not going to enforce it? ACT needs to be summoned. They are always calling 5 times a day 7 days a week. dont they know the peoples dont have to talk or provide any information over the phone? with all these identity thefts? They are the worst.
