 I was sent a prepaid account now visa card In the mail.i activated it. Then it was loaded for the first time and everything went fine.Then it was loaded the second time,I was able to use it the first day.The very next morning I went to use it and it was declined saying due to fraud. I called them and they were unable to give me a reason for them freezing my card. They said I needed to send in verification of who I was,I did. I sent in everything they asked me to,then they were suppose to call me back within 24-48hrs.i never heard from them,so I called back nothing was resolved.After two weeks I called them back and they said I needed to send in a copy of the front of my card and proof of residents. I asked them why and never got an answer.Here it is 3weeks later and it still isn't resolved.They can not give me a straight answer to why I need to send in more information when I sent everything they asked.I feel this is a scam. I just want my money that's rightfully mine,this is prepaid it's not like they gave me any money.It's not credit it's a prepaid card come on.What is really going on?
