Accubrake Flagstaff 4x4 Performed unauthorized work on my nephews jeep and charged him,although the vehicle was still not repaired. Flagstaff, Arizona

This establishment kept my Nephews jeep for weeks,unable to provide an explanation as to why they couldnt repair it.First they installed a defective part,and then they performed unneccesary and unauthorized repairs to the electrical wiring. My nephew went down there and called time and time again to find out the status of his vehicle,yet they did not feel the need to return his calls or communicate with him.Eventually he was required to involve the Flagstaff Police,at which point he was told to wait outside until the Police arrived.If I had known that he was going to choose this establishment,I would have advised him against this decision,as I used to deliver parts to them from NAPA Auto Parts and am well aware of their unprofessional conduct.
