Ace Canopy Worst Customer Service Aroaund Palmdale California

Bought a Tent from Ace Canopy on 9/24/08 over the internet.

After placing the order over the internet, I called the next day as a follow up.
Was told my tent would be shipped with 24 hours.

My Credit card was charged the same day the purchase.

I requested a tracking number wand was told I would receive one the tent shipped.

5 Days went by, 4 more than the 24 hrs I was told it would be shipped by, and no tracking number had been sent. I called to find out where my tent was and was told it didn't get shipped yet and Ace Canopy would not give me a reason. I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did.

I called Ace Canopy again on 10/1/08 and was told the Tent would be shipped today.

The Tent arrived on 10/3 and 10/4 in several boxes. 9 days after the order. It took 7 days to finally be shipped. 1st lie with no follow up by Ace Canopy.

Tent arrives and I start setting it up. Parts included with the tent and didn't fit. Called Ace Canopy and was told I had to take pictures of the parts and send them to them before they would do anything. I did this on 10/7/08.
Was told on 10/7/07 they would send parts.

On 10/10/08 the parts arrive. The parts sent were the wrong size for the tent purchased. It was not another weekend so I had to wait until Monday to call Ace Canopy.

Called Ace Canopy on 10/13/08 and asked to speak to the manager. All I got was a total run around, lied to and never talked to the manager. I called 6 times starting at 8:30am and continued until 4:30pm. I was continually told someone would call me back and no one has ever called me back.

As it stands now, I bought a tent from Ace Canopy for $950.00 on 9/25/08 and as of this day 10/14/08 I still don't have a complete tent to set up.

Company refuses to return calls or e-mails and garantee's satisfaction on their website and phone pre-recorded messages.

Do yourself a favor and do not do business with Ace Canopy.

They talk about great service, but that's all they do is talk.
They will rip you off and treat you like dirt in a heart beat.

Don't get burned as I have.
