If you receive a email from a company called ACE about a loan you tok, be sure to ask them for their attorney name and address in the state you live in.  If they claim they are filing an arrest warrant they can't.  If they try to collect a debt they must have representation in the state you live in.     I get at least 2 a week and when I do I ask them for their street address and date of original claim and original creditor and then tell them my attorney needs this information.  Failure to provide makes the case null and void.   This will help you not to lose sleep over this fraud
