took out a payday loan from Ace Cash Express in Emeryville, California. I gave them a check postdated for my next pay period but couldn't pay it when my pay day came. Ace called and wanted there money I told them I was not able to pay them, but could pay them back in payment they refusal. Friday, August 8, 2008 I received a messege from a man Name officer Jackson from DElanore Kimper Associates he threaten me with jail time if I don't pay in full, the payment that they would like me to make is four time the amount of the loan.
