Ace Heating and Cooling is terrible!! I had the misfortune of Chris Myers and his scam company sent to me from a home warranty company. The men were rude, they made a mess, and ordered the wrong part.

The first moron that came to the house was nice enough, but wrote down the wrong model number for the A/C unit.  Shouldn't this be one of the first things they teach you in A/C 101?? He said he would call the part in right away, but that was another lie.  The rude woman at the office told me the men turn in part orders at the end of the day (so they have to be ordered the next day- nothing like having no A/C in Sept).  
She had that "I've been smoking 3 packs a day for 30 years" voice.  I asked if she could contact the tech to get the part number ordered that day, and she said she would try.  Another lie.

I called the next day, and part was still not ordered.  The following day (Day 3), the owner called and asked me to unscrew the metal plate on the front of the unit because the idiot tech wrote the wrong model number down.  This was at 3pm, so the part wasn't ordered until the following day.  

Day 4, the part was going to come the following day (Friday- Day 5) and they pushed back when I asked them to come Fri afternoon.  They agreed to come Saturday (now 6 days with no A/C)  

The men finally come on Saturday (day 6).  One spoke little English, the other I wish didn't either.  He couldn't have been more rude.  He was rude to my wife, and spit lollipop all over the pavers by the front door.  He kept going in my garage to turn the breaker on and off, and when I asked him if I could help him (meaning, please stop coming in my home unannounced) he said something rude to me.

Here's the best part- they left without saying a word!  Seriously, who does that??  Brandon A/C does that.  I immediately called the owner, since I had his number from when he called me about the wrong model number.  He said he would call them and get back to me.  Of course he didn't call back, so I called him, and the men said they told my 4 year old son they were finished.  You guessed it- another lie.

I told the owner I was upset at this whole repair was handled and he said, "Too f*cking bad!"  That's Chris Myers for you, a real class act.  I had no choice in this company, since they were sent by a home warranty service.  I cancelled the home warranty service the next day.  

Ace Heating and cooling is terrible.  It's a scam company- they offer "maintenance plans", so they can come out and trick people into unnecessary repairs.  There are plenty of good A/C companies out there, so stay away from Ace Heating and Cooling, and Chris Myers in Brandon, Florida

It took over a week to finish, and they weren't in any hurry. Chris Myers was a complete jerk to my husband, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Ace Heating and & Cooling in Brandon, Florida is the worst A/C company ever!
