ACEDEPOT.COM Ace Depot Took money for no delivery and ignored request for refund Northvale, New Jersey

I purchased of a paper shredder online from Ace Depot for $54.95. They immediately charged my PayPal account.  Two weeks later - no shredder.  I called to see where the shredder is. They checked and said they could not deliver it since it was out of production.  We agreed to cancel the order even though I found it was still readily available from other online stores.  Several weeks later, while examining my credit card bill, I realized that Ace Depot had charged my PayPal account and not issued any credit.  I contacted Ace Depot and after delay after delay was told that I would receive a refund with in 72 hours.  It never came.  I have since opened a dispute through PayPal to retrieve my money.  Do not buy from Ace Depot.  Based on my experience they appear to be capitalizing on the float of money.  A week into the dispute, Ace Depot has not responded to PayPal's notification.
