Achieve Card Preferred Card They accepted a tax return on my card i received thru the mail. After my boyfriend filed his tax return we noticed in fine print that if the tax return didnt match the card holder it would be rejected and sent back to the IRS. Well they accepted the money on 2/25/2015 and froze the monay . We contacted them and they ask for proof of myself (the card holder) and My boyfriends (tax return). so i provided both state Id's and proof of address and 1040 tax returns. I faxed it. So they said it would take 24-72 hours to verify.  California Nationwide

Today was 72 hours. So i called everyday and today being 72 hours they had to tell me something. So they now are saying the faxed documents are not readable. They were done at a fax company. My documents are clear as day. So now they tell me to email them the documents and it will be another 72 hours. They dont have a corporate office phone number or they said customer service is the only one i can speak with. No management cant tal to the people handling my paper work nothing. They use nany and every excuse to keep holding the money. Still frozen and saying it will be 24 hours before the emil is down loaded to them and 72 hours after the. Go figure falls thru another weekend just like last week.

They freeze your tax refund and dont release it. Come up with every excuse why it hasnt beed released. Will conect you to some one and hang up the phone.
