I was contacted by an individual that stated he was representing Acinc Fundings for Arthur Candler inquiring about mortgage loan refinancing. After all information on my loan was taken he call back stating that I would have to modify my current loan instead of refinancing. I agreed it was the best for me by his convincing and paid Arthur Candler $1750.00 to modify my mortgage loan. There was initial correspondence with Mr. Candler and docs sent.
After not getting appropriate status updates (after I paid $1750 that I had to scrape up), I started calling the office and toll free phone number given. I was not getting ANY return calls. I then contacted the associate that had worked with me at length in the beginning. He stated that Arthur Candler had been in the hospital and gave me his cell phone number. I called and went straight to voice mail. Arthur Candler contacted me a few days later and sounded to me extremely intoxicated. I let that go to the acceptance that it may be medication.
A couple of days later Arthur Candler was calling in the middle of the night drunk as a Skunk! Then, I had other calls and conversations where I could not understand a word Arthur Candler was saying. I started receiving letters from my lender and finally a letter of Foreclosure! Beware if you contacted by Arthur Candler or anyone that is calling on behalf of Acinc Fundings in Pompano Beach or Boca Raton Florida.

I do not have a client named "floyd" and no complaints against my company. I do not charge fees for loan modification until the client has recceived their modification offer. I am the only company that I know of that operates with no upfront fees for loan modification. I have helped many people not only save their home from foreclosure but have also given them piece of mind in affording their mortgage payment.
