ACLS Frank Morgan called and said that i did not pay a payday loan and the company has been trying to reach me for a year, Internet

called me at work and said that Cash advance America has been trying to reach me for a year and that i need to pay 510.00   i told him i did not have the money and he said oh boy well then you need to make payment arrangements   did that gave him a prepaid card number (which has no money on it)  when i read all these i questioned him further and i am not getting any where do i need to pay this?:  how do you get them to stop   it is not the first time and i have lost thousands of dollars so far
