________________________________________________________________________

Owner/Pacheco falsified an application for a Training Center for ACLS, BLS &PALS to conceal Four (4) serious Felony Convictions. Crimes include cocaine and two additional narcotic distribution offenses. Jesus Pacheco (Pacheco) falsely claimed on the application he was a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, and ACLS & PALS Instructor. Pachecos education is limited to high school.  Kristopher Pidgeon (Pidgeon) and Pacheco conspired and carried out a scheme to illegally use the Training Center Credentials and TC ID number assigned to Critical Concepts, Inc.-an Authorized Provider of ACLS, BLS & PALS.  Pacheco and Pidgeon devised a scheme to obtain certification cards in acls, pals, cpr and first aid to sell resulting in illegitimate distribution of certifications. Pidgeon and Pacheco left Critical Concepts without notice stealing equipment and sensitive data files belonging to Critical Concepts, Inc. This provider is not affiliated with the American Heart Association (AHA) and cannot issue certificates of completion of AHA courses.

Training Center 84752 Status has been secured and changed back to Shawn Nies, RN, EMT-P Sole Owner of Critical Concepts, Inc. and a Training Center in Good Standing. Owner of Critical Concepts, Shawn Nies, RN notified federal law enforcement (FBI) and thereafter a criminal investigation was opened in the Fraud/Economic Unit Case No. CASE No. 11-92764 . Clinical Solutions Medical Training, Inc aka (Clinical  Solutions) has been found to have issued illegitimate/invalid certification cards for Basic Life Support (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Evidence provided to Quality Assurance Committee resulted in a decision of SUSPENSION-WITHOUT REINSTATEMENT of Clinical Solutions Training Center since December 28 2011. Clinical Solutions was removed as an Authorized Provider and Training Center for ACLS, BLS & PALS secondary to their illegal actions determined to take place on October 6,2010

June 7, 2012 CASE No. CACE12016154 was filed In The Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida. The Defendants are Clinical Solutions Medical Training, Inc, Jesus Enrique Pacheco, Kristopher Pidgeon and Juan Velasquez. The Plaintiff, Critical Concepts, Inc is suing the Defendants for theft, tortuous interference with business relationships (of all Critical Concepts Clients), injunctive relief and equitable accounting. Additionally Conversion and Conspiracy by PACHECO and PIDGEON is listed in the Verified complaint.  Pacheco,Defendant, did not appear for The 9-20-2012 Court Proceeding. Based on Pachecos criminal history and Heather Pachecos criminal conviction it is possible that the pair could be collecting fees for courses with no intent to have the course as well as the possibility of not complying with the subpoena to appear in court  Pacheco and Pidgeon, former employee of Critical Concepts, Inc, absconded stealing Critical Concepts, Inc confidential database containing sensitive information, including complete CE profiles of over 9000 facilities and several hundred thousand healthcare providers. Clinical Solutions is engaged in illegal use of this confidential database to solicit clinicians to pay monies for illegitimate certifications.  Anyone affected by Clinical Solutions should notify law enforcement and seek valid certification.
