ACS for Cash advance USA Employees John Hudson and Austin White Accuse me of committing fraud and paying back a payday loan I have no idea about brookridge, California

I have received called from Austin White more than 6 times a day on my cell and my work number.  Basically threatening me, but never providing a file number or detail as to what the call is actually about just that legal action would be taken against me.  I finally decided to call him back after he called my sister and telling her I had committed fraud on a pay day loan.  I called  the number immediately, I had the unfortunate luck to speak with John Hudson, immediately states he will read the affidavit and not to interrupt him.  I listen and he states that I have committed fraud and I took a cash loan from this Advance Cash USA, never telling me the amount of providing me a reference #.  I ask him to give me the telephone to this company because do not recall ever doing business with them and to also give me a reference number because I need to get his resolved because I do no believe it is mine.  And to clarify these individuals have a middle eastern accent and I truly don't believe these are their actual names.  To continue he refused to keep me the information I requested and why do I want it just so I could harrass the client, then he hung up on me.  I called back asked him for his business address employee ID# and he refused, and said they would be sending he court paperwork to my employer.  Unfortunately I lost my cool and let him have a few words.  But I agree these are some rip off artist and doing something illegal and hope someone will finally put a stop to them.
