BEWARE, fraudulent business practices! Called Action Appliance to repair washing machine, that was in rinse cycle for long periods. Everything else was working well. After 3 repair visits in one week and just under $500, my washing machine is making unusual  loud noises, the drum is no longer spinning, and the water continues to fill the drum unless I shut the machine off.
They told me I had a 90 day warranty on the parts they put in. After second and third visits, I told them, they can take the new parts out - I want my money back. They told me that I would have to go to office in Aurora to discuss with owner. When I made payment for parts, they said I would receive a receipt by e-mail. Every time I had called the company, and every time the repairman came out, I told them that I had not received the receipt.
