Action Auto Painting/ Anchor General Insurance From what i know you post to provide great customer service and not argue with people and not be so inconvenient Sacramento California

So basically through anchor general insurance they sent my car to action auto painting to repair the front right tire due to prior work they have already done its been there for a month i picked it up 10/27/2015 and clearly making the same noise as when i dropped it off so a whole month and the guy at action auto claims he never heard the noise until yesterday clearly why i dropped it off, very inconvient no rental car nothing and i had to pay 110.00 and i believe hes assuming what it is or not working on my car if i can clearly still hear the same noise a month later they already got 500 from me and im very upset. And i thought when you had full coverage insurance you can take your car anywhere there telling me i cant i would have to pay 20% i just dont understand this insurance company nor action auto.
