On our office moved, we decided to sell all our current furniture, a couple weeks we called a company named www.actionbusfurniture.com, that buys and resale used furniture at their sotre. One of the owners/sales rep Jim Slonaker stop by our office to give us a quote to buy all our furniture.

He was friendly at the beginning talking to the office manager, he took the pictures and info of all furniture, then I engage conversation because he said lot's of offices are closing and the economy is so bad, he sound very frustrated for the economy. Then he said the problem is all this Mexican illegal aliens taking our jobs, definitely not a good comment specially that the company is latino own, lot's of latino staff and me the owner is latino, so I corrected him and told him, I'm latino origin and my parents are Mexicans and I'm the owner of this company and I'm not taking jobs, I'm created consistently jobs for 13 people on staff. So he clearly was not happy.

He said almost screaming, "ALL KIDS BORN FROM MEXICANZS PARENTS SHOULD'T BE CITIZENS THIS IS A COUNTRY OF LAW AND THEY SHOULD SENDBACK ALL THOSE FUTURE DRUG DEALERS" (so now he is telling me I have not right to be citizen, and my kids are going to be drug dealers) and then he start to say all this horrible things like, Latinos shouldn't let be organize, they don't have the right. "IT SHOULND'T BE A PROTECTED CLASSES IN MY COUNTRY" and he used an example "LOOK WE LET THEM ORGANIZE (referring to the civil right movement) AND NOW WE HAVE A JOKE PRESIDENT FROM THAT"

He was all offensive and aggressive with opinionated comments.

At that moment my wife and operating manager that is Caucasian asked him to relax and change topic to the quote and the reason he was there, business but he turned around and left, obviously no quote

In both RCW clearly includes National Origin and Race.

So if you want to do business with this company make sure you are no born from Latino parents, or African American, it is clearly that the owner choose not to do business from us. And it is clearly that Mr. Jim doesn't separate his strong opinions with business
