TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
with Action Fence of Michigan, (Royal Oak)
Had a terrible experience with Terry, the owner of Action Fence. I authorized a work order and gave the owner a deposit. He promised he would have the project completed this week. After numerous phone calls and messages left that went unreturned, the owner finally picked up after I questioned the receptionist regarding a Friday timeframe... which then became a Monday completion date. He said he no longer wanted to do the work.
I wish I had never done business with them, next time I'll review the Yelp comments. If I had reviewed Yelp I would have seen the many of comments were NEGATIVE. In retrospect, he did me a favor by refusing to complete the work as promised. One post stated the company's current rating on the BBB website is an F or the lowest score possible. What a horrible experience with Action Fence.
