I signed up with two of this company's websites to earn a gift for trying new commercial services, such as identity theft protection, and products, like coffee. I did so because I had signed up with a different website run by the company in the past and was pleased with the experience.

On the first site I did, I did the required number of offers and then waited about 2 months to get confirmed. Once the offers were confirmed, I sent in the confirmation certificate and received my gift about 90 days later.

This time, everything went as before except when it came to fulfilling the gifts. They claimed that they had a problem due to an unusually high response to Six Flags tickets in August of 2007 and were behind on processing. Follow up queries as to when they would ship were met with "we are still working on the September 2007 list for Visa gift cards and the October 2007 list for all other gifts." This response did not change over the 8 months I have been asking them when they will ship.

I pointed out that their redemption certificate page states that they *will* ship within 6-8 weeks and they denied any such text, saying that the 6-8 weeks was "a target date". I pointed out that their Terms and Conditions state 6-8 weeks and they denied any such limitations on their actions.

I agree with previous complaints that ARG must be running a Ponzi scheme that has finally caught up with them.
