Adam is correct that he did not come out to my property. His father who was a salesman for Adam's company came to my home. The contract that he says he was not in with me on, was his Company contract and his father, the salesman signed on the companies behalf (typical business practice). You do not personally have to come to my project, but your company(owned by you) is still responsible for it's contracts.

Adam, You said you knew nothing about us or our project until after the fact, but you are the one who I spoke to over the phone and who worked on my pool designs to get it looking like we wanted it to. You even joked at how bad your father was with computers and to just call you "with anything during this process". You had to re-type the entire quote because your father had hand written and took a picture with his cell phone and sent it to me. I obviously would not accept that as an offical quote, so you personally typed it up and emailed to me with a persaon message. Which by the way, I still have every email and text between the 2 of us throughout the entire process. You were the one I would call when your father would not do what he said he was going to do. Every time I had an issue or question with what was going on at our job site I would call you and we would always have a friendly conversation and end with you smoothing things over, as you do.

So, when you are now trying to bash my character it is so crazy to me because you sit here and tell these lies that you did not know me and never heard of my situation until after the fact...Huh, talk about character.

The reason I have told everyone my story and the stories of all the other people in your path of destruction is simply because of my character. I cannot sleep knowing that you and your father are out there still taking advantage of people and their hard earned money.

That being said, I know that the reason you are finally responding to everything is because you are under investigation by the Sheriffs Department and they have finally found you to question your actions and the actions of your company. This is why I am not hiring an attorney as you say I should do. I am not spending anymore money. I do not have to, since what your company (you and father) have done is a criminal act. I will just sit back and let the rest unfold as it should. Whatever they decide I will be content with.

I will not make anymore comments on your "company" facebook or anywhere else for that matter after this. After thinking about it more... I want your new business to succeed and be profitable so that not only can you take care of your family, but maybe myself and all your other victims can hopefully get some sort of restitution. I just hope that you are doing business honestly now so that there are no more families hurt by you.

I technically owned the company that Mr. Kyle H, owner of home based company TakeOff Designs in Cresson, TX. worked with.

Facts:

I've never met Kyle H.

I've never enterened into a contrac with Kyle H.

I've never seen Kyle H's property, taken money from Kyle H, certainly not Stolen Anything.

Kyle H is a bully who has attacked me personally on every place on the internet he can find. He has had his fb friends, wife, and family, attack me with false accusations and alligations that are completely one sided.

The character of this person is shockingy poor. I would certinly not do business with this person nor should you! WHat's to stop me from having stranges spread lies about his company, job, family, etc..?

I'll sare you the details as I do not have te time to type all day long as kyle  and his friends, non of which have worked with me.

If he were a builder as he claimed to be, after the fact when I learned of his issues, He would understand the issues he clearly does not.

I Have Not Profited from Kyle H. He is harming other companies which I have no part of to somehow get to me. Enough is enough Kyle H. Hire an attorney..

TakeOff Designs, home based company he owns (or caims to, told me he was a home builder?) is operated by a liar, bully, and at best unethical and uninformed person.

I refer you to over 200 referrals and current happy pool customers that I've built and am currently buiding individually. Down the street from Mr. H no less!

This person has no working knowledge of construction and owed money, demandeded work to be done that was specifically exclued from his contract, etc, etc, etc...

Partially because of Kyle's actions I needed to open a different DBA to protect sales from his slander. I sucsedded in several cases. I still would not pay for the things he demanded (Knew none of this until after the fact)

Enough is enough. Poor Character, Lies, Slander... TakeOff Designs is run by an unethical person at best!

Kyle H is interested in popularity and drama. Much rather be right than happy!

Tom and Adam are at it still. They are are working under differnt company names. Tom is Tom Owen Pools and Remodel and Adam is American Custom Pools. Both servicing DFW areas.  These guys are scam artists and will take your money...Please beware. I just found another family that was taken just this week by Tom Owen and I know of at least 2 others since he stole our money...
