Michele had an add on Puppy Finder for "Katie" a beautiful Miniature Bull Terrier.
After contacting her through text and voicemail she responded with pricing, delivery expense and was going to send the dog to me at my office in Tampa.
I asked about paying by Cashier's Check or Credit Card (some recourse if the dog turns out to be stolen or something)
Cash only was what I was told. This naturally made me suspicious and I asked for the Health Certificate and her Vets contact info. She didn't send it and pushed for my acceptance of pricing and delivery plans. I told her I wanted the Health Certificate first because I wanted to talk to the dog's vet before paying $1,580 in cash to someone.
She told me that the HealthCertificate would come with the dog and that was the only way she would provide it. I told her I wanted to speak to her vet prior to paying.
No further communication was received.
I didn't get ripped off but I could tell that was the plan. Warning to Bull Dog lovers everywhere.

This person paid NOTHING to us!!! We offered to send him the puppy cash on delivery. No deposit or a penny before delivery because he's a local. We told him numerous times the puppy would be delivered with a health certificate he then stated to us he would only pay cashiers check not cash and under the drivers name only. Naturally when we told him to move on he was upset about it. He never paid us anything and he refused the puppy COD with documents at the time of sale. He Insisted on things prior to that.
