Please STAY AWAY! This company represents ADT WHICH is a huge mistake. ADT needs to think clearly before associating with this company. Defenders advertised fir a $27.99 Plan but that’s a SCAM, FALSE, MISLEADING! After you are done with your Salesperson- you will NEVER be able to speak with them again. The sales department lied to say the $27.99 Plan was in fact a great deal and no other strings attached. NOT! After the installment, (1) day, the company billed me $53.00 without the permission or authorization. This is illegal and unacceptable.
The manager lied to say she heard me say that I I ageeed to the terms and that I had a land line, but that was NEVER discussed or informed during any of the three conversations I had with Hally, Samueal ( Manager), or Blade the Salesperskn who I allowed to place the order. I tried to her the issue resolved with the manager â€(317) 957-3874‬. She claimed that she reviewed the tape but selectively left the information about me asking all 3 Saleperson if they were any hidden terms. ADT- should be ashamed of themselves for affiliating and allowing this company to be an authorized dealer. The owners and shareholders should reconsider who they do business with. I NO longer trust ADT and would never recommend to any friend or family.

Defenders and ADT do in fact work together however ADT is not aware of Defenders bad practices.
