To Whom It may Concern: Hi I send a friend of mine name Cliff to this Advance Lock and Key on August 15, 2013. He originally was to buy a multi-junior lock. They told my friend Mr.Cliff they don't carry that lock. So Mr. Cliff called me and what lock do I want him to buy for me. I tld him on the telephone to ask the locksmithdo he have a lock where no one can pick or get a master key. he said yes. hegave Mr.Cliff a Oultra Jimmyproof lock heavy Duty for $18.50. This low-life lied to me. I called another locksmith Bob's Locksmth 2365 Richmond Avenue Saten Island, New York (718)477-0808 and they told me this lock can be picked with a hair pin. I know for a fact that this locksmith is telling the truth cause someone keep loosen my shower chair so when I sit on it I would fall. I tighten this shower chair on Wednesday and yesterday August 16, 2013 the chair was loose again. I keep itching on my skin cause someone dirty keep sneaking into my house. i know this for a fact cause in the past more than one person that I know was in my apartment and I would itch like crazy on my skin and break out with a rash a be redfrom them not getting into the shower. So I know for a  fact someone dirty is sneaking into my house and that's why I'm itching and breaking out on my skin. i had this problem in 2009 when two other people was sneaking into my apartment when another locksmith rip me off and gave a chinese lock and someone was picking the lock. They even got the neve to lay there diry body on my bed and I had to throw my entire bed out with mattress because they had bed bugs on themselves. I went to this problem again someone sneaking into my house on more than one ocassion for quite some time and I had to throw out my other mattress that I bought in 2008 cause it had bed bugs. These nasty filthy diry low-life people keep bringing there diry a*s into my aparment and my bed. It's has cause so much money for these two mattress that i threw out. They were $ 1,000 each. I just a new Bedroom set in November 2009 and anther bedroom set in July 2012. They low-life scam artist keep running my life. This has cause me deep depression. Thse people is jealous and they don't wan to see me with anything. Low-life. if this deney that he sold that lock to my friend confirm what I'm saying by contacting Mr.Cliff (917)691-4612.
