I took the 15 day trial period guarantee refund by notifying them on their web site to
cancel account. They waited 15 days then charged my debit card.
I called the number on website for ordering and was told to return trial pills. She said if I provide the tracking number they would process refund.

i called back after pkg was accepted at post office. First Lady said she could take a message but could do nothing. Would not put anybody else on phone And hung up on me. I called back different lady said she would send a message with the tracking number but she cannot help or cancel my account.
I will have to change my bank account number to stop charges it appears with no refund
