Advanced Telecenters Does Not Make the Calls Woodland, New Jersey

Last May we engaged Advanced Telecenters to create a database and conduct a marketing campaign. We selected Advanced Telecenters because the salesman, Michael Jackson, assured us they subsrcibed to several list services.

The process of developing an acceptable list should have been a warning to run. There seem to be a total lack of communication between the CSR assigned to us and the list maker. The first three lists sent to us were not even remotely close to what we had instructed. It took weeks of badgering our CSR before she finally allowed us to speak directly to the man responsibile for compiling the list. After a prolonged conversation we finally received something that could be used. 

At some point the calls were apparently made. However, we were not notified when the campaign started so the opportunity to listen to the calls as promised was missed. I doubt the calls were even made. The report we received back was a complete disapointment.  There were nearly 1000 companies on the list and the effort by the professionals at Advanced Telecenters yielded exactly zero contacts. Several calls and emails for an explanation were made but no one has responded.
