Advantage Broker Capital, Greg Fuller Scammed me out of thousands of dollars Dunwoody Georgia

This guy is the ultimate scam artist. He's extremely manipulative and conniving. He claims to be a commercial mortgage broker with over 30 years of experience, although I have never seen his license. He tried to dissuade me from working with other lenders, saying he has solid connections with lenders who can close quick with extremely good terms. He manipulates you into signing an irrevocable broker's agreement where he charges you 2% commission fee. Once he convinces you to go with any lender he finds online that's willing to do the deal, then he disappears and leaves you to take care of all the paperwork and broker your own deals. Once it's closing time, he submits the irrevocable broker's agreement contract and threatens to hold up the closing of your deal if you don't agree to allow him to be paid through the HUD even though he knows extremely well that he doesn't deserve to be paid. So he basically coerces you to pay him in the end because you have invested so much time and money into the deal that it would be financial suicide to back out.

He's a liar. He has no strong connections. His so called contacts do not respect him and treat him like annoying and incompetent broker who found them online and is desperate to work with them. He doesn't investigate the lender's borrowing process and terms because he's just desperate for a deal to close so he can get a check. You can do the work he does. All he does is go online and look for lenders to bring to you and you can do that yourself. He's not a sophisticated or savvy broker. Somebody I trusted referred him, so I let my guard down and trusted him. Big mistake. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. If you decide to work with him, do it at your own risk.
